How to Make Some Foreign Friends

I suppose that making friends is not hard thing. It is up to your attitude to new people whoever you want to make friends, even though they are foreigner. In this paragraph, I show three points to make friends who are from foreign countries. First, if you are student in university of Ryukyus, you should go to Overseas Students Center. There are some chances to meet international students. For example, the center introduces international students to you as a Japanese tutor, and you can make friends easily. Second, you work at base or near it. Because the military come to the shop to buy something, you have the chance to talk them. Especially I think that a bar has more chances to talk them. In fact, I am working at bar which is near base. Since the military always comes to the bar, I can talk and make friends a lot. Finally, I believe trying to communicate with people is the best. Generally speaking, almost Japanese hesitate to speak to foreigner in English. However, you could not make friends anybody, if you do not communicate with people. Therefore, you really want to make friends with foreigner, do not hesitate but be talkative.

Introduction of Capybara

Recently, a big mouse in the world is rising in popularity; it is called capybara. Capybara became famous, because they sell as a cute toy; many people like really cute feature, and feel comfortable. However, a lot of people do not know them at all; I explain about capybara. Capybara lives in the Amazon, they like worm area and the shore. Surprisingly, the length is about 105cm to 135cm, and the weight is about 35kg to 65kg. The body is covered with hard hair, and it grows more than 5cm. They are good at swimming, thus, they can dive into the water while five minutes. Moreover, they are able to sleep in the water, if their nose gets out the water. The life span is five to ten years, and they spend their time in a group. They active in the morning and afternoon, and eat grass in the water or leaves. The toy capybara is cute, but real capybara is not. I suggest that many people had better not see real them.

goya

One of the Okinawan famous vegetables is goya. We have many foods using goya; goya-mixed with other vegetables and pork, and goya sarad that use raw goya. The taste of goya is bitter but it is nice how to cook. Some people do not like goya because of its taste. However, it is traditional vegetable in Okinawa, containing many kinds of vitamin; it is also healthy vegetable.

My Working Place

I am working at a bar in Ginowan city. The bar has great view, because it is seventh floor at the building. You could look over Mihama, if the weather is fine. At night, you can see the lights of spectator and other buildings, it is beautiful. Sometimes, some couples come to the bar to see the night view. Besides, almost all customers are foreigners, because it is near camp foster, and my boss is American. In fact, many Americans and militaries came to the bar. When my boss’ friends come to see him, the bar fills with only Americans or militaries. Then, we have free billiards, and you can play it freely. However, if you want to play dart, it cost you 100 yen at once. We open the bar every day from seven o’clock to one o’clock, so you can visit every day.

The Restaurant in Our School

Our university has good restaurants. In this paper, I suggest three good points in our school restaurants. First, as the restaurants do not have set menu, we can choose any food whatever we want to eat. In fact, I take favorite food as a set. Second, we can count our meal calories easily, because each food is showed the calories. From these showing, we can consider which food we should take. As a result, we get an opportunity to think of our health during choosing food. Third, the price is lower than other restaurants. Each of food are low prices, we can have low price meal, even if it is a set. Therefore, it is possible for us to choose and combine what we want to eat, and we can have meal at a low price. In conclusion, the restaurants are suitable for us especially our health and economy.

My Room :Second Draft

I like my room; there are desk, chair, bed and computer in my room. All of this stuff is always neat. As the computer does not connect internet, I have to bring it second floor to use the internet. I also have many stuffed toys, which I got from crane games. These things make me relaxed. In addition, my room is very clean. Because I do not like duty, I always keep my room clean. So my room is the most comfortable place for me. Moreover, it is also the best place for me to study and to finish my homework. I really feel good in my room.

My Favorite Place

I like to go to the beach. Especially I like the beach of the Hamahiga Island which is in Uruma city. It takes 15 minutes from my house to there by the car. Weather permitting, I often go to drive there to get relaxed. I love the contrast of colors between the blue ocean and the blue sky. At the beach, I sit on, and I listen to the sounds of waves. Although just only thing I do, it makes me comfortable. Moreover, I like to go there at night, because of no lights; I can see many stars in the sky. Therefore, the Hamahiga Island beach is my favorite place.
